Welcome

The Partnership for Effective Programs for Students with Autism (PEPSA) is an initiative to support educators and schools' professional development and was designed to enhance the educational programs for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Florida.

In collaboration with the Statewide Centers for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), PEPSA helps create free professional development opportunities for Florida educators. These opportunities include the CARD annual pre-conference day, regional training events, and the Partnership Program.

PEPSA is funded by the Florida Department of Education, K-12 Public Schools, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, and was introduced to educators and schools of students with ASD in 1999.

 

The Centers for Autism & Related Disabilities (CARD) provide support and assistance with the goal of optimizing the potential of people with autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities. There are seven CARD centers in the state of Florida. Please find below the links to their websites:
